We are a husband and wife team (Ross Williams and Mary Gillespie) operating from our property in Midgic, NB. (About 10 minutes outside of Sackville). We prepare vegetarian and vegan meals and baked goods for sale at our Midgic Kitchen or in Sackville at Cattail Ridge Family Market and at Moncton’s Stirling Farm Market and in Hillsborough at Fundy Farms: Local Harvest.
We have a little farm near the Tantramar Marsh with a family of five, two dogs, two cats, horses, ducks, chickens and lots of (very large) mosquitoes. We use as much of our locally produced ingredients as possible, and buy local for the rest. Mary taught English for many years, but before that went to cooking school and spent time working in the food industry. She has been a vegetarian on and off since she was 15, and is now a full-time vegetarian (in a mixed omnivore/veggie household). You can find out more here.
